As our Diagnostic Advisor you will be responsible to shape and executes diagnostics strategy within assigned therapeutic area(s), translating high-level business and strategic objectives into actionable plans, while leading cross-functional delivery and driving operational excellence
What you’ll do
Lead strategic planning for the assigned therapeutic area(s), translating above-therapy diagnostics priorities into tailored programs and resource solutions at the area or indication level.
Build and sustain effective partnerships with stakeholders including pathologists, scientific officers, molecular biologists, and other therapy-area leads to support implementation and continual quality improvement.
Oversee project pipelines, operational standards, and reporting, ensuring that stakeholder (especially laboratory and scientific) feedback is used for continuous process optimization.
Mentor and upskill Diagnostic Liaisons in the nuances of therapy-specific project delivery and scientific engagement.
Aggregate, analyze, and report data on therapy-area performance and evidence, integrating insights from pathologists and laboratory scientists to inform business unit and higher-level diagnostics strategy.
Collaborate with commercial, R&D, and medical teams to drive field excellence and clinical/scientific adoption of diagnostics solutions.
Scope & Impact
Accountable for diagnostic strategy planning, execution, and resource alignment within specific therapy areas.
Integrates scientific, operational, and business insights for successful local deployment and value generation.
Essential for the role
Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (MSc/BSc or equivalent)
5+ years in diagnostics, medical, or project management roles—preferably with direct therapeutic area experience and proven cross-functional leadership
